These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Portfolio360 Financial Awareness Creator Program (“Program”), operated by Portfolio360 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By enrolling in the Program, submitting content, or participating in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not enrol or participate.

1. Eligibility
1.1 Participants must be:

• legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

1.2 The Company reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility at any time.

2. Enrollment Requirement

2.1 Enrollment in the Program is mandatory before creating qualifying videos.
2.2 Any video created or published before enrollment will not be eligible.
2.3 By enrolling, you expressly consent to these Terms and to any updates made from time to time.

3. Content Ownership & License

3.1 You retain ownership of your content.

3.2 By submitting content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, promote, and repurpose your content (including excerpts, screenshots, captions, and thumbnails) across:

• websites

• social media

• marketing material

• educational initiatives

for Program-related purposes.

3.3 You confirm that:

• Your content is original,

• does not infringe third-party rights, and

4. Authenticity & Financial Awareness

4.1 Content must be honest, realistic, and awareness-focused.
4.2 Misleading claims, fabricated stories, or manipulated narratives are strictly prohibited.
4.3 Content should naturally direct users toward better financial literacy, and — where appropriate — may reference Portfolio360 as a helpful tool, without appearing sales-driven or promotional.

5. Prohibited Practices

The following will result in disqualification and permanent removal from the Program:

• purchased likes, comments, followers, or views

• bot or automated engagement

• paid boosting via third-party services

• copied or plagiarised content

• AI avatars presented deceptively as real people

• false testimonials or exaggerated promises

The Company reserves the right to review analytics and request verification files at any time.

6. Reward Criteria

6.1 Rewards are determined based on:

• verified view counts

• genuine engagement

• relevance to financial awareness

• authenticity and storytelling quality

• alignment with Portfolio360 values

6.2 Current indicative reward slabs (subject to verification):

• 100,000+ verified natural views: ₹5,000

• 1,000,000+ verified natural views: ₹50,000

• 10,000,000+ verified natural views: ₹1,00,000

6.3 Rewards are not guaranteed and are subject to review, fraud checks, and availability.
6.4 The Company’s decision is final and binding.

7. Payment & Verification

7.1 Identity verification may be required.
7.2 Bank and tax details may be requested as per applicable law.
7.3 Any violation discovered before or after payout may result in cancellation and recovery of rewards.

8. No Professional or Financial Advice

Content created under this Program:

• must not provide personalised investment advice

• must not guarantee financial results

• must encourage responsible decision-making

Users should always be advised to conduct independent research or consult qualified professionals.

9. Modification or Termination

The Company may, at its sole discretion:

• modify

• suspend

• restrict

• or terminate

the Program or these Terms at any time, without prior notice.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Company is not responsible for losses, damages, or claims arising from participation.

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India.

Courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Program.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding Program participation and supersede all prior communications.
